Why did you choose W.I.T.T.S. Training Academy?
W.I.T.T.S. was recommended by a fellow basketball dad whose daughter went to 1 free training session. We were looking for a basketball skills program for our son at the time.
How would you describe a typical training session at W.I.T.T.S.?
Tough and I really got something out of it…I did warm-up, stretching, and ball-handling
How would you describe the relationship W.I.T.T.S. trainers build with their athletes?
David really liked RJ and looked forward to any input/feedback he would give him during his training sessions. He enjoyed working hard and hearing from the trainers any insight they could give him to help improve his game.
In your opinion, what are the three greatest benefits of working out at W.I.T.T.S.? How has your life (or your athlete’s life) changed since starting W.I.T.T.S.?
Ball-Handling; Footwork; Cardio
I have gotten a lot better at basketball…My scoring percentage went up…I’m more confident with my game.
